HS Wrestling – Can a horse wrestle a alligator and win?

The Ralston Valley Mustangs hosted the Standley Lake Gators for the final home meet of the season on Thursday night.  This was my third wrestling meet at RV and my second strobe attempt.  I still was not happy, but I did get some neat lighting moments with some of the matches.  I again left my Canon 7D in my bag and shot the meet with my 70-200 on my 1D Mark II and my 24-70 on my original 1D.

It was real cold out and I was not feeling that great for this meet.  It was about -6 when I got to my car.  The meet was a win for the Mustangs, but overall it was a great night of wrestling on both sides of the mat.
