I hit the NAAC in Arvada, Colorado on Thursday night for the Pomona Panthers and Arvada West Wildcats soccer game. I was really disappointed in the game, expecting it to be more of a contest, however, AWest dominated the entire game.
It is definitely fall in Colorado. The light for early games is starting to fade and the temps are dropping quickly. Even the players were struggling to keep warm, many pulling their hands up unto their sleeves to protect against the cold. Pomona had looked stronger earlier in the season, but the Wildcats just dominated them. Arvada West tallied 4 goals in the game and their keeper made a couple impressive saves on the way to a shutout.
