I have mentioned that a photo of the Bear Paw 5k from 2010 will be in the upcoming issue of Runner’s World Magazine.  I wanted to share that photo with you all so you can see if you are in it.  I have some ideas for this years race and I really hope the sun is out this year.  It seems like every year for the race and the parade it is cold and wet.  I would love a moose running across the Old Glenn Highway when the race starts too…. if anyone could arrange that.

I am really excited about the photo being in Runner’s World, mainly because I was not expecting it.  It is always nice to shoot something for myself (I know a few of the runners, one, not pictured, is my sister) and having a major publication want to run it, but it is also great for Eagle River being included in a premier running magazine.
