HS Football
My third football game in 2 days was not my best. It did start off really well. My goal when shooting high school sports is to deliver high quality images of student athletes to parents. It makes my day when a parent thanks me for photographing their kids games. But something happened Friday night that really made my day. Before the game started, I was talking to a NAAC employee when the Standley Lake coach came over to me and asked me what my last name was. I told him and he said “You take great photos.” The fact that a coach is taking the time out of his schedule during the season to look at my photos and really liked them meant a lot to me.
However, after two football games, I was worn out, so the Golden and Standley Lake game was not one of my best of the season. Lake scored 40 points in the first half and went on to defeat the Golden Demons 40-20 under the running clock mercy rule.
Here is my 10 Shot from the game.
