A little over a week ago I was contacted by the editors of A Sporting Life to do a guest article for them.  I had been to the website before, but it was not one I went to on a regular basis.  I checked them out again and was really impressed with the site and decided that I would go ahead and write up something for them.

I debated what I should write. We were going through flooding here in Colorado at the time, so I did not have the opportunity to just run out and photograph something, write a blog post, and go, so I started looking back.  I considered something from the Costa Rica and USMNT snow soccer game, I considered something from the University of Colorado Buffaloes, but I fell back to the  1A High School Baseball State Championship.
